Keweenaw Gnomes by L.L. Perry. Gnomes are created by using dead trees and branches collected from the Keweenaw Peninsula. The wood is dried by mother nature and may also be spalted which is part of the rotting process which adds color and design to the wood. The cracks are filled with epoxy and each nome is turned as one piece with the exception of the nose which is turned spearately and glued in place, The beards are made from faux fur and can be gently combed. Most nomes are designed to sit on a shelf or can be hung with the included hanger. NOTE: The gnomes are not toys and have small parts.
